Portfolio Assessment

Submit your housing portfolio for structured suitability review under the Glow Collective infrastructure baseline.

Structured portfolio review under a standardised baseline.

The Portfolio Assessment evaluates whether a housing portfolio is suitable for deployment under the Glow Collective infrastructure model.

Assessment is conducted using the controlled baseline:

  • 6kW single-phase hybrid inverter
  • 10kWh LiFePO₄ battery storage
  • ~3–3.5kWp PV array
  • 3.68kW export limitation (G100)

Modelling is conservative and grid-aware.

This is not a quotation request.
It is a structured suitability review.

Assessment Scope

Each submission is reviewed across five core dimensions:

  • Portfolio size and typology
  • Electrical capacity constraints
  • DNO export risk exposure
  • Deployment sequencing feasibility
  • Baseline performance modelling suitability

Where required, further technical detail may be requested following initial review.

Assessment Process

1. Submission Review – Initial screening under baseline suitability criteria.

2. Technical Evaluation – High-level modelling using conservative performance assumptions.

3. Structured Response – Summary outlining:

  • Suitability classification
  • Deployment considerations
  • Identified constraints
  • Recommended next steps

Response timeframe: 5–10 working days.

Submit Portfolio Details

All modelling is based on the Option A baseline (3,000 kWh generation, 60% self-consumption, 40% controlled export).

Governed Infrastructure Review

All submissions are assessed under conservative modelling assumptions and within current UK grid and regulatory frameworks.

Glow Collective operates as a programme-level infrastructure coordinator, not an installation contractor.

Assessment does not create obligation.
